Please share with your units that we are aware that customers are not receiving confirmation emails for girls. We have been in touch with the company that handles it and are trying to resolve the issue. You can send an email requesting a confirmation(although it may take a while to get an email back), take a screen shot of the page saying she is registered, or log back in and print a membership card if you want something to send. I think at this point, we may just have to take the volunteer’s word that they have seen the girl is registered whether it be online or in a roster.
Troop transfers and financial aid are also taking much longer than expected and a solution is being worked on. Also, if you email email@example.com it may take a while to get a response.
