Winter is over and the properties need some help to prepare for summer camp season! If the weather is nice, you can be among the first tent campers of 2019. Set up, clean, and stay in platform tent units or the Conestoga wagons, Adirondack shelters, or tree houses if you're at Wood Haven. Help beautify camp by painting and helping with trail cleaning. Bring along a pair of work gloves and make camp shine. At the end of a hard day's work, celebrate with a camp party Saturday night. You'll also have time to explore camp, take a hike, play Gaga, and enjoy the natural beauty of camp. Includes accommodations and meals.

Make a difference this summer and have fun as camp staff! Be part of a winning team to help girls be all they can be. We need staff who are outdoorsy, fun, and great with kids. Are you an expert in a specialized program area? Some programs will also provide fun and engaging activities in areas such as archery, arts and crafts, environmental education, horseback riding, and ropes challenge courses. Nurse, cook, lifeguard, and counselor positions are also available. BENEFITS TO YOU: Competitive salary, fun atmosphere, and one family member can attend camp at a 50% lower rate! We're also looking for new Camp Directors for Camp Shelly Ridge in Lafayette Hill and Camp Wood Haven in Pine Grove. We're looking for volunteers to help run our Get Outdoors Skills Challenge Day on June 8, 2019 at Camp Mosey Wood in White Haven, PA. Get ready for the ultimate outdoor challenge! It's time to showcase the outdoor skills you learned through the 2nd annual Get Outdoors monthly challenges. Join girls from across the Council as you compete in eight outdoor challenges that test your skills. Travel Opportunity We're going to Sangam! GSEP Alums are going to Sangam and you're invited!  Sangam, one of our World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) Centers, is located in Pune, India on the banks of the Mula River.Pune is in the Indian state of Maharashtra and is approximately a four hour journey from Mumbai. The name Sangam was chosen for its meaning in the ancient language of Sanskrit, "coming together". The center serves as a place for Girl Guides and Girl Scouts around the world to come together to share their experiences, as well as the culture and traditions of their homelands and Member Organizations. When: April 6 - 23, 2020 April 8 - 15, 2020 Mangoes and Mermaids - A Sangam Cultural Event April 15 - 23, 2020 Tour of the Golden Triangle - more details to come Cost: $3,500 - 5,000 All prices include airfare, accommodations, most meals, and land transportation.
