Born in Japan due to her father's active duty status, Suzanne is a self-described "military brat" and began her Girl Scout journey as a two-year Brownie. When her daughter began Girl Scouts as a Daisy in 2010, she returned to scouting, this time as an adult. In 2016, she joined the Service Unit Team as Registrar before moving into the role of Trip Manager this year.
Suzanne currently co-leads Cadette Troop 71145. In 2016, she assisted her troop of seven girls to their Bronze Award and, in 2019, she supported two girls in earning their Silver Award. She has facilitated 71145 in traveling to Canada alongside many other badges, activities, and trips.
She met her husband in 2001; in addition to their daughter, Suzanne is mom to two fur babies. In her free time, she enjoys collecting pennies with her daughter and spending time with family. She works as the Operations Manager at Office Max/Depot, volunteers weekly at her daughter’s old elementary school, and assists in the Home & School at her daughter’s middle school.
