The 2018-2019 NPSU Troop Survey is now available.  We are asking that ALL leaders (including co-leaders and assistant leaders) complete this form as soon as possible and no later than June 15, 2019.  Click here to begin the survey.

Reminder about Trips

Several troops recently sent in trip forms for the same day.  Please remember that SAME DAY TRIP REQUESTS WILL NOT BE APPROVED.  As stated by the GSEP form itself, it takes 1-2 weeks for trip approvals.  You must wait for an approval email or the full liability of your trip rests on you as an individual.  Incomplete forms and a lack of required data will delay your approval.  

• Day trips: All adults going are registered with Girl Scouts and have clearances.  For any non girl scout children or adults additional insurance will need to be provided which will take 2 weeks to approve since it goes through Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company.   
• Overnight Trips: All adults listed as going are registered with Girl Scouts and have their clearances submitted and approved with GSEP.  If you are unsure, please reach out to me to clarify.  If any unregistered child or adult is going you must submit for additional insurance and they need that submitted 2 weeks before your trip as this goes through Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company.   
• No adults may go on an overnight if they are not registered and have clearances listed with GSEP.  This is for the girls safety.  
• If there is any high risk activity on any of your trips, you must verify a COI is on file or have it submitted ahead of time.  Please check out this link for a current list of COI on file.   If you have any questions, please contact Suzanne.

Financial Reports

Financial Reports are due to Celestin no later than June 15th!  Reports, along with your May 2019 bank statement are preferred electronically and may be emailed to Celestin.  You may turn these in in person or discuss any concerns you have with her from 7pm-7:30pm on Thursday evening (June 6th).  If you have concerns or problems, you must contact Celestin ASAP.  Do not wait until June 15th to bring up problems or concerns.
