Gretchen has over 25 years in Girl Scouting and has been a leader since 2000. She began leading even before having children, and has seen her three daughters grow as young women from Daisies and beyond, and she looks forward to seeing each of them bridge into adult Girl Scouts one day. A lover of crafts, baking, and cooking, Gretchen's favorite part of scouting is encouraging girls to try new things and hearing about their accomplishments after. A recipient of both the Free Spirit and Thanks Awards, Gretchen was past Secretary of the NPSU Team and is happy to rejoin the 2019-2020 Team as the NAR Product Manager. She works for Johnson Controls, managing analytics for logistics and distribution, and is a proud graduate of Penn State. She lives with her husband and daughters in Lansdale and is active in her local community.

Sara initially became involved with Girl Scouts in 2007 as an Assistant Leader for her daughter's troop, serving later as the Troop Treasurer until her retirement from Girl Scouts in 2013. She is grateful for the ways in which Girl Scouting prepared her daughter, Hannah, for a "lifetime of leadership" as she watches her navigate the world.
A graduate of Bloomsburg University, Sara currently works as the circulation manager for a local non-profit magazine publisher and assists with the development and design of email marketing promotions. She is active with her church and serves as the coordinator for Communications.
Along with her husband, Butch, she enjoys life in the North Penn area and is excited to rejoin the NPSU as the Cookie Manager. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, camping, kickboxing, kayaking, relaxing on the beach, and hanging out with her family.
