Come And Enjoy a Day Learning about Different Countries!!!!!!!!
Money and # girls due at the February Service Unit Meeting. I am limited to 150 people once I
reach my limit I will need to close the event. For those not registered by the deadline will not be
participating. Cannot add extra people on the day of the event. Troops hosting countries need a
head count of how many people to expect for supplies.
Cost $6 per participant- participant are those who have registered and received a passport Plus
one troop adult at no cost, who will also receive a passport. If you have extra adults they will
need to pay in order to participant in the activities.
Check in time is 9:00am no earlier, so it will give the ones that are presenting have time to set
up their table. I ask that you do not check in until your whole group so I make sure you have the

counties, with maximum of 15. Countries will be on first come, first served basis. Please check
in with me beforehand. If there is a duplicate country the troop that gets it to me first will get
the county, I will inform the other troop to pick a new country.

Ice Skating Party (Reminder)
The North Penn Service Unit is pleased to announce our annual Ice Skating Party!
Date: Sunday, March 20, 2016
Location: Hatfield Ice (County Line Road in Colmar)
Cost: $6.00 (Patches are available for an additional $1.00)
Includes admission, snack and drink. Adults do not have to pay admission unless they want to skate.
Bring your ice skates or , at the door, pay $3.00 for skate rental.
This is a Family and Friends event! Feel free to bring non-scouts! Beginning skaters should bring bike helmets, and all skaters should dress warmly with a hat, scarf, and gloves.

Please contact Alice via email or at 215.368.6324 with questions. There is a maximum of 300 people per session. Reservations will be taken on a first come first served basis with a dead line of March 3. Reservations and payment (one check per troop if possible) may be handed in at the March 3 SU Meeting or mailed to Alice Murphy 118 Wyndham Woods Way, Hatfield 19440.
Tickets will be collected at the sign-in table at the event.
Patches will be given to Service Unit Manager after the event.
The adult in charge must have a signed high risk permission slip for ALL SCOUTS even if the parent is in attendance.
