Come And Enjoy a Day Learning about Different Countries!!!!!!!!
Money and # girls due at the February Service Unit Meeting. I am limited to 150 people once I
reach my limit I will need to close the event. For those not registered by the deadline will not be
participating. Cannot add extra people on the day of the event. Troops hosting countries need a
head count of how many people to expect for supplies.
Cost $6 per participant- participant are those who have registered and received a passport Plus
one troop adult at no cost, who will also receive a passport. If you have extra adults they will
need to pay in order to participant in the activities.
Check in time is 9:00am no earlier, so it will give the ones that are presenting have time to set
up their table. I ask that you do not check in until your whole group so I make sure you have the
To run this event I will need 14 girls participant and I will need a minimum of 8 troops to host
counties, with maximum of 15. Countries will be on first come, first served basis. Please check
in with me beforehand. If there is a duplicate country the troop that gets it to me first will get
the county, I will inform the other troop to pick a new country.
