Reminder: April Service Unit Monthly Meeting

Our February Service Unit Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 7pm in the Trinity Lutheran Church Scout Meeting Room.

Ice Skating: RESCHEDULED

If your troop would be interesting in going ice skating on Sunday, March 29 please let Alice know by Friday, March 27. Email her the leader's return form (or just the girl, adult count) and you can pay her on Sunday.  There are only a few, if any, patches available.   Please let Alice know ASAP if your girls plan to attend so I can give the rink a count and order refreshments.

 

 

Earth Day Registration

This event will take place in the gym at Mater Dei Catholic School.  All payment and registrations are due by the April 2nd Service Unit Meeting.  Contact Michele for more information.

Event: Earth Day Program (Reminder)

Email by March 21st  if you are interested in volunteering or if you have girls coming. 

In order to have the program, we must have 10-15 girls of each scouting level plus 10 volunteers (2 per station) to lead events.  At present, I have 4 volunteers and low interest for Scouts.  The cost is $7.50 per scout charge (no charge for adult chaperones, of which you would need one per set of 1-6 girls, excluding those volunteering for the program).   You must email me by March 21st if you have scouts interested.  If you are interested in volunteering; I will email you on March 22nd with the lesson plan and your Scout assignment. 

If there is not enough interest either by volunteers or scouts, then we will not have the program and you will be notified by March 22nd.

Reminder: Girl Scout Sunday

All Scouts are urged to attend services for their specific religious denomination on Girl Scout Sunday, March 8, 2015.  Scouts affiliated with a location they are not a member of may attend at either their Sponsor or the organization they belong to.
