Updated 2018-2019 Meeting Schedule

 Instead of monthly meetings and to maximize leader time, we will not be conducting monthly meetings this year.  The approved meeting schedule will be:

§  October 4^th: Kick Off Meeting for 2018-2019 (125-127)

§  November 15^th: Cookies (Hyson Hall)

·         Leaders and TCMs are required to attend. 

·         Refreshments will be served.

§  January 3^rd: Cookie Booths (125-127)

§  March 7^th:  GS Week, Leader Recognition, Investiture, & Rededication (125-127)

§  April 4^th: Events and Elections: 2019-2020 (125-127)

§  June 6^th: Volunteer Appreciation and End of the Year Meeting.

·         All paperwork due.

·         Refreshments will be served.
